Shipping

We carefully prepare each order with love. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus 3–5 business days for delivery once your order ships. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to weather, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Local bonus!
We’re based in Windsor-Essex County, and if you are too, local delivery is FREE. Just enter your address at checkout and select the delivery option to save on shipping.

We keep shipping costs as fair as possible—we don’t add any markup. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Returns

We truly hope you love your candles but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14-day return window for unused, undamaged items (excluding shipping costs). Customers are responsible for return shipping, but you’ll be eligible for a refund or replacement once the item is received.

To help ensure safe returns and reduce waste, items must be:

  • In brand-new, unused condition

  • Returned with the original receipt or gift receipt

  • Shipped in the original packaging with any included accessories

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

Gift Returns

If your item was purchased with a gift receipt, your refund will be issued as a Nora Candle Co. digital gift card, sent by email. Gift cards can be used toward candles, diffusers, accessories, and more.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items (if applicable)

Received a Damaged Item?

Oh no—so sorry about that! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refund Options

  • Refund as store credit
